This is an audio show made by ordinary people just like you.

You can listen to it right here on the site by clicking on the play button underneath the show title.

You can download it as an mp3 using the download link or audio mp3 button, and play it right on your computer or on any mp3 player. You may wish to do this if playback is not smooth.

That will be enough to get you started listening to our show.

We do this for free. We do it because we enjoy doing it. We do it because we want to share.

You can receive regular updates of the show by using something like iTunes or Juice to subscribe. Subscribing just means you want to be notified of new shows and download them when we release them. You do not need an iPod to use iTunes. It is also free to download and use, as is Juice.

The big orange button has the link to the feed for the show. The feed is simply a list of the last seven shows we released. The link is also spelled out on the subscribe/news pages. You’ll need the link to let whatever program you choose to subscribe with know where to look for our new shows. Just copy and paste it into the appropriate place. The subscribe page has a list of prepared links to add us in a number of different ways.

Although it is called a podcast, you do not need an iPod at all. Anything that plays mp3 files can play this show. Your computer is enough. The word podcast comes from the original idea of delivering shows to iPods. It will stay in useage much like Hoover and Kleenex do, as a generic term.

There are well over 120,000 podcasts worldwide, both audio and video, covering many different topics and formats. We particularly enjoy content produced by people like us who do it because they love doing it.

We have included links to some of the podcasts we listen to and watch on the right hand side of our site, along with links to other podcast related sites. Hover over the icon to see a description pop up. If our show is not to your liking, please go in search of one that is. We are sure you will find at least one. Support independent podcasters by enjoying their content and letting them know you appreciate what they do.

Thank you.
